Returns and refunds. Refunds are available for up to 30 days after delivery. Your bag must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging, otherwise a partial refund may apply.

How long does delivery take?
Every Sugarcube is handmade to order. Delivery takes 8–14 business days, and you will get tracking by email once your order is on its way.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order.
What is your return policy?
Refunds are available for up to 30 days after delivery. Your bag must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. If it comes back damaged or without its original packaging, we may only be able to offer a partial refund.
What is the difference between Plus and Grande?
Plus measures 18 × 16.5 × 7.5 cm and Grande measures 22 × 17 × 8 cm. Each bag listing also includes a size guide image in its gallery.
